03 / CONNECTED SYSTEMSBringing the pieces together.

I’m Meshek, a Computer Science student at Bemidji State University, graduating in May 2027, and the founder of MS Forge. I work across web development, computer vision, edge computing, and professional AV networking—connecting software with the systems around it.

My role & approach

I manage the process from client consultations and parts-list quotes through PC assembly, stress testing, and delivery. I built a responsive website with service pages, tiered pricing, and a contact form that captures each client’s budget and use case.

02 / SYSTEMS INTEGRATIONPersonal homelab

My own Plex media server.

An automated Windows 11 Pro media server connecting a remote library to Plex through Zurg and rclone, with local and remote playback. A practical project in storage integration, scripting, and troubleshooting.

PlexReal-DebridZurgrclone
How the system works
  1. Remote library. Real-Debrid provides the remote files made available to the system.
  2. A WebDAV bridge. Zurg exposes that library through a file-access interface.
  3. A mounted drive. rclone presents the remote files as a virtual drive the PC can access, reading data as needed.
  4. The media server. Plex scans that drive, builds a browsable library with metadata, and serves playback to Plex apps.

The PC runs the server software; the media library is remote. Playback depends on the PC, network connection, and upstream file availability.

What I worked on

I connected the services and configured automatic startup and library-update hooks so changes trigger a Plex rescan. The system supports both local and remote playback. Troubleshooting covered configuration consistency, command quoting, and telling a mount problem apart from an upstream availability issue.

Recognition at the edge

A facial and object recognition system using Python, a Raspberry Pi Camera, and NVIDIA Jetson Nano.

OpenCVTensorFlowImageNet
What we built

Our team implemented real-time facial recognition and object detection, integrated ImageNet classification, and trained and deployed models for an edge-computing environment. The project gave me hands-on experience connecting machine learning, cameras, and physical hardware.
